Planning House were delighted to co-sponsor the Women in Planning North East’s first birthday celebrations, along with Hedley Planning.
We sponsored the launch event a whole year ago, along with Kings Chambers. Helen Heward and the awesome Committee of dedicated people in the industry the group has gone from strength to strength in that year.
A special thanks to Ward Hadaway’s Melissa Flynn for sourcing an awesome venue (Bealim House in Newcastle), Womble Bond Dickinson’s Kate Ashworth provided the amazing and very yummy cakes; and Caroline Airson from Arcus/Surface for providing goodie bags for all that attended.
The aim of the group is to ensure diversity, equality and inclusion in the planning industry. Together as a group they empower others in the industry, we look forward to next years celebrations.
